Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Office 365 Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in managing and supporting M365 services. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Microsoft 365 administration, scripting, user lifecycle management, and security best practices across core collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365 tools: Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control via Entra ID (Azure AD).Serve as an escalation point for resolving M365-related incidents and technical issues.Monitor service health dashboards and conduct regular system audits.Automate routine admin tasks using PowerShell scripts.Enforce security configurations, including MFA, compliance, and email security policies.Handle Microsoft 365 licensing, reports, and service optimization.

Required Qualifications

4–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for M365 automation and troubleshooting.In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.Familiarity with compliance, security features, and Microsoft licensing models.Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.Skills: exchange online,onedrive,powershell,entra id (azure ad),microsoft 365 admin,microsoft,teams
