MS Pipe Welder And Fitter 900 Diameter

Carry out welding and fitting work for MS pipelines of 900 mm dia. and above as per approved drawings and standards. Perform pipe cutting, edge preparation, alignment, tack welding, and final welding of joints using SMAW/Arc/MIG techniques. Conduct welding repairs and maintenance of existing MS pipelines, including leak rectification, patch welding, and valve connections. Ensure accurate alignment and fitting of pipes before welding using chain blocks, cranes, and alignment tools. Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) preparation and inspection support for welded joints as per specifications. Assist in hydro-testing and commissioning of newly laid pipelines. Maintain welding tools, gas cylinders, regulators, and safety equipment in good working condition. Adhere strictly to safety standards, PPE usage, and welding protocols while working at site. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) for welding and fitting work completed.
