About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MS Entra ID Engineer to help build a developer-friendly Identity Provider (IdP) platform with self-service capabilities for applications and groups. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), strong coding and automation skills, and hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain MS Entra ID in collaboration with platform engineering teams.
• Define and enforce Entra ID configuration standards and governance policies.
• Perform security hardening and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Automate Entra ID management tasks using Terraform, Python, and scripting tools.
• Support and optimize identity lifecycle management and access controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Entra ID with various applications and systems.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant engineering or development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Proficiency in Python, Terraform, and Bash/PowerShell scripting.
• Strong understanding of GitOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
• Business-level English communication skills (Japanese proficiency is an advantage).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience managing Azure Cloud or other cloud platforms (AWS / GCP).
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and production system hardening.
• Familiarity with identity federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Background in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, or Platform Engineering.
• Comfortable working in a global team environment with cross-cultural collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
