Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CE professional with strong expertise in D365 Sales and Customer Service modules, along with hands-on experience in Power Platform and related integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on implementation, upgrade, and development projects within the MS Dynamics 365 CE ecosystem.
Configure and customize D365 CE applications, including Sales and Customer Service.
Develop plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
Integrate D365 applications with various technologies using tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, SSIS, Scribe, or BizTalk.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Utilize Azure services and Power Platform for application enhancements.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Customer Service).
Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Plugins, Workflows).
Experience in Azure services and integration technologies.
Familiarity with customization, configuration, scripting, and extensions.
Exposure to other CE applications is an added advantage.

Certifications:

PL-400 (Mandatory)
AZ-900 (Mandatory)

Additional Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication and documentation skills.
