We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, including Dynamics 365 (D365) , with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM functionality using plug-ins, workflows, Power Automate, and JavaScript. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure the CRM system aligns with business objectives and integrates with other internal systems. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM customizations and integrations. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers. Maintain documentation and follow best practices in version control and deployment. Mandatory Skills: Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience. At least 5+ years of hands-on experience as an MS CRM Developer. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) . Strong knowledge of custom entities, workflows, plugins, Power Platform, and web resources . Expertise in CRM SDK, C#, .NET, and JavaScript. Experience with integration of CRM with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Preferred Skills: Experience with PowerApps , Power Automate , and Azure . Required Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in computer science/engineering/mathematics or equivalent. 6 to 12 years of Functional or Techno functional experience in Dynamics CRM 2013/2015/2016/D365 CE. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE stack & Power Platform. Preferred Qualifications - Must Haves Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements related to Dynamics 365 CE implementation and enhancements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design 365 CE solutions that align with best practices. Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications, forms, workflows, actions and plugins to meet business needs. Strong knowledge of Power Platform including Power Pages Strong Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops and Pipelines Perform data migrations and integrations with other systems, ensuring data integrity and security. Conduct system testing, deployment, and support activities throughout the project lifecycle. Provide guidance and support to team members and end-users on Dynamics 365 CE functionality and best practices. Multi-platform, end-to-end experience across a wide spectrum of cloud technologies in Azure, with knowledge of building solutions with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. Experience delivering Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) with both technical and functional expertise. Strong understanding of Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and leveraging Low-Code Development capabilities in Power Platform. Deep functional and technical knowledge of Dataverse architecture, including tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, and data modeling. Experience working with Solutions & Solution Packaging for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in Power Platform.
