Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, leveraging the technical expertise to deliver robust CRM solutions.

Key

Consulting
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Map business processes to Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities.
- Configure CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
Technical Development
- Customize CRM using JavaScript, HTML, and Plugins.
- Design and implement Workflows, Custom Actions, and Business Rules.
- Develop and deploy PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls.
- Work with Virtual Tables to integrate external data sources.
- Build and maintain Canvas Apps for tailored user experiences.
- Integrate CRM with other systems using Web APIs and Azure services.
Solution Design
- Create scalable, secure, and maintainable CRM architectures.
- Optimize use of out-of-the-box features and identify areas for custom development.
Support & Documentation
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and user guides.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
Proficiency in
- JavaScript, HTML, C#/.NET for plugin development.
- Power Platform Canvas Apps, Power Automate, PCF.
- Dataverse, Virtual Tables, Custom Actions, Workflows.
- Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API integrations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Following Qualifications will be a plus

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
