Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Lucknow for a Motor Insurance Executive. The responsibilities include managing motor insurance policies, assisting clients with policy selection, handling renewals, processing claims, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with insurance providers, explaining policy features, and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to assist clients effectively and address their concerns.
• Knowledge of Insurance policies and processes, particularly motor insurance, is essential.
• Familiarity with Insurance Brokerage to liaise with multiple providers and secure optimal policies for clients.
• Understanding of Finance and ability to explain the financial aspects related to different insurance policies.
• Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and working in a team setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage.
