About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in motion graphics and video editing. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling visual content across digital platforms—ranging from static creatives and brand collateral to engaging motion graphics and short-form videos. Key Responsibilities:

• Design static and animated content for web, social media, email campaigns, paid ads, presentations, and internal communication.
• Conceptualize and produce motion graphics, animated videos, and reels for digital campaigns and product storytelling.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics and overall visual quality.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-impact creatives.
• Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all design outputs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially:
• Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
• (Bonus: Adobe Animate, Audition, Figma, or Blender/Cinema4D)
• A good eye for typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.

• Solid understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and optimization for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience working within brand guidelines and adapting visual styles as per campaign needs.
• A well-rounded portfolio demonstrating a mix of graphic and motion work.
• Strong time management, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice to Have:
• Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D animation or interactive motion design.
• Familiarity with marketing funnels, performance creatives, or e-commerce assets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
