As a Motion Graphic Designer at Cyntra, you will play a key role in creating captivating visual content that enhances our brand presence across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include producing engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and websites. By collaborating with our marketing, content, and design teams, you will craft compelling storytelling through motion design that resonates with our target audience. Your expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop will be essential in designing and animating graphics, typography, and visual effects. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to leverage your knowledge of 2D/3D animation techniques and stay updated on the latest design trends and video production technologies to deliver high-quality visual content. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, you will ensure that deadlines are met without compromising on the quality of your work. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, coupled with strong communication and time management skills, will be crucial for success in this role. While a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory. To excel in this position, you should have 1-3+ years of experience in motion graphics and animation, along with a robust portfolio showcasing your motion graphics projects. Sound design and audio editing skills are a plus, as is the ability to optimize motion graphics and videos for various digital platforms.
