Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and animate

  motion graphics

  for digital ads, campaigns, and brand communication.

• Work closely with creative teams to

  develop scripts, storyboards, and moodboards

  for video projects.

• Translate creative briefs into engaging visual stories while maintaining brand guidelines.

• Edit and enhance videos with typography, illustrations, and special effects.

• Manage independent projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and marketing teams to align visuals with campaign objectives.

• Stay updated on motion design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements.

Requirements

• 3+ years

  of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, preferably in an

  advertising or creative agency

  .

• Strong portfolio showcasing

  animated ads, branded videos, and independent creative projects

  .

• Proficiency in

  After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop

  (knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus).

• Experience in

  scriptwriting or adapting scripts

  for video formats.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with sound design or music selection.

• Understanding of social media formats and platform-specific creative requirements.

• Basic 3D animation skills.
