Role Overview

Motion Designer

What You’ll Do

  • Conceptualize, design, and animate product explainers, launch videos, and social content.
  • Develop UI animations, transitions, and motion elements for digital products.
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to visualize features and interactions.
  • Edit and refine video content for product marketing and storytelling.
  • Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.

    • What We’re Looking For

    • Strong portfolio showing both conceptual and polished motion work.
    • Proficiency in

      After Effects

      ,

      Premiere Pro

      , or similar tools.
    • Solid understanding of motion principles: timing, easing, and composition.
    • Ability to deliver end-to-end projects independently.
    • Keen eye for visual aesthetics, rhythm, and storytelling.

    • Bonus Points

    • Experience with Figma, Lottie, or 3D tools like Blender/Cinema4D.
    • Experience working with UI/UX teams or digital products.
    • Interest in branding, design systems, and creative storytelling.
