As a Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor at Gallagher, you will play a crucial role in the team by collaborating with senior designers, copywriters, project managers, and business stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life across a diverse range of projects. Your responsibilities will include executing motion graphics animations, contributing to concepting phases, delivering engaging motion design projects, and working harmoniously within a dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Receive briefs and guidance from Creative Directors, Senior Designers, and consultants - Contribute to concepting phases and deliver compelling motion design and animation projects - Develop style frames, storyboards, and motion tests - Collaborate with teams on ideation, creation, and project delivery - Ensure timely delivery of projects while upholding high-quality standards - Stay abreast of industry knowledge and trends, aligning work with client brand guidelines - Receive on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship from experienced professionals - Independently produce outputs with support from senior designers, gradually taking ownership of projects - Work alongside designers and creatives to enhance creative aesthetic and maintain high design standards Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in motion design and editing - Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere - Knowledge of Cinema 4D is advantageous - Strong eye for composition, color, typography, movement, and depth - Effective communication and problem-solving skills - Eagerness to learn and self-motivation for professional development - Confidence in presenting recommendations and guiding clients within your specialization - Curiosity, natural problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude towards advancing work - Belief in continuous improvement, bringing positive energy to every interaction - Confidence in verbal and visual communication - Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment You will be part of Gallagher, a company that values inclusion and diversity as core aspects of its business.
