Mortgage Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support in the Australian mortgage process, including documentation, compliance, and loan processing.
• Ensure adherence to NCCP guidelines and aggregator compliance standards.
• Collaborate with brokers and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submission of loan applications.
• Conduct detailed reviews of loan files to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and brokers via email and phone.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Deliver high-quality support to streamline loan processing for leading brokers across Australia.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in the Australian mortgage industry.
• Strong knowledge of NCCP regulations and aggregator compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
