Mortgage Loan Fulfillment Coordinator

• Coordinate the end-to-end loan processing from login to disbursement for Home Loan & LAP files.
• Verify KYC, income documents & property papers and ensure completeness before file submission.
• Liaise with legal, valuation & technical teams to schedule reports and obtain clearances on time.
• Track loan application status daily and follow up with internal stakeholders to reduce TAT.
• Communicate with customers & sales teams to collect pending documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure credit policy adherence & documentation accuracy to avoid rejections and reworks.
• Prepare loan sanction & disbursement files as per bank/NBFC guidelines and checklist standards.
• Maintain strong coordination with operations, credit & underwriting teams for smooth processing.
• Update MIS & tracking sheets on sanctions, pending cases, deviations & disbursement timelines.
• Deliver excellent customer experience by timely updates, transparency, and smooth processing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
