Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using Go (GoLang).
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and product managers to build end-to-end solutions.
  • Build APIs and data pipelines that power real-time and batch applications.
  • Write efficient, clean, and modular code with proper documentation.
  • Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews and unit testing to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Debug and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in backend development and Golang ecosystem.

Technical Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Go (GoLang) in building web applications and APIs.
  • Solid understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels in Go.
  • Experience with RESTful API design, JSON, and API integration.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployment.
  • Familiarity with message queues like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS.
  • Experience with Git-based version control (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
  • Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Bonus : Knowledge of gRPC, Protobuf, and Microservice Architecture.

Experience

  • Minimum Years of Experience : 1.5-2 years
  • Relevant Industry Experience : 1.5-2 years in backend development with Golang focus
  • Require Client Communication : Yes
