Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Montessori Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, stimulating, and child-centered learning environment that follows the Montessori philosophy and methodology. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in alignment with Montessori principles. Create an engaging and organized classroom environment that encourages independence, exploration, and creativity. Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining records and preparing reports for parents and school management. Guide students in developing practical life skills, social skills, and academic knowledge. Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure consistency in Montessori practices. Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events as required. Qualifications & Skills: Montessori Certification/Diploma from a recognized institute (mandatory/preferred as per school policy). Proven experience as a Montessori Teacher or Early Childhood Educator. Strong knowledge of Montessori philosophy, materials, and methodology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
