Job Description

Montessori Teacher – Pre-Primary

Location:

BDW International School is seeking passionate and dedicated Montessori educators to join our dynamic learning community.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver Montessori-based curriculum for children aged
3–6 years
Prepare and maintain Montessori materials and an engaging, child-friendly classroom environment
Observe each child’s development, maintain accurate records, and provide individualized support
Support independence and self-directed learning based on Montessori principles
Work closely with co-teachers/assistants to ensure smooth daily routines
Collaborate with parents by sharing progress updates, Montessori philosophy, and classroom practices

Qualifications

Montessori Teacher Certification from a
recognized institute
with practicum
Degree/Diploma in
Early Childhood Education
or related field
Minimum 3
–5 years
of experience in Montessori Pre-Primary
Strong classroom management, creative teaching skills, and a child-centric approach
Good communication skills in English and ability to collaborate within a team
