Job Title: Montessori Teacher

Location: Britfort Academy, Kottakkal, Kerala
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a passionate Montessori Teacher to join our dynamic team and contribute to the holistic development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Montessori lessons and activities for preschool children (ages 2½–6).
• Create and maintain a safe, well-organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress and maintain accurate developmental records.
• Encourage independence, curiosity, and self-discipline in students.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding each child’s progress.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to uphold the Montessori philosophy.
• Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions.
• Ensure the classroom materials and Montessori equipment are properly maintained.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or certification in Montessori Education (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education / Child Development or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in preschool or Montessori teaching is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Ability to maintain a positive, engaging, and organized classroom environment.
