Job Description

Monitoring Manager

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CCTV monitoring, hardware troubleshooting, and reporting. This role requires working onsite and in-office, ensuring efficient monitoring and maintenance of security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor CCTV systems to ensure security and operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot and maintain GPU & hardware components as required.
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
Analyze and report security incidents and operational anomalies.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports using MS Excel and MS Office.
Ensure all monitoring equipment is functioning optimally and coordinate repairs when needed.

Key Skills & Requirements:

CCTV Monitoring & Installation:
Knowledge of configuring and maintaining CCTV systems.
Hardware Troubleshooting:
Experience in handling GPU, system hardware, and surveillance equipment.
MS Office & Excel Proficiency:
Ability to create and manage reports.
Report Handling & Documentation:
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving:
Quick identification and resolution of system issues.
