Key Responsibilities

• Training & Support:
• Train and support the field team in using Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools and processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the field team regarding data-related support and issues.
• Data Management & Quality Assurance:
• Manage processes within the field team to ensure efficient data collection and reporting.
• Conduct program audits to assess performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Perform data quality assessments to verify the reliability and validity of collected data.
• Training & Reporting:
• Consolidate monthly training plans, pre-and post-test scores, attendance records, and fee collection details.
• Ensure budget requests, advance requests, and training plans are prepared in designated formats and submitted on time.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of training reports and settlements in prescribed formats.
• Data reviews with field teams and training audits
