Job Description – MongoDB / NoSQL Database Engineer

Location: Chennai | Bangalore | Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize MongoDB and other NoSQL databases for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Design and implement database schemas, indexing strategies, and query optimizations.
Work extensively with aggregation frameworks and advanced data modeling techniques.
Deploy, configure, and maintain MongoDB Atlas and other cloud-based database solutions.
Monitor and fine-tune database performance using monitoring and tuning tools.
Implement and support CI/CD pipelines with a focus on database automation in a DevOps environment.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure database solutions meet business requirements.
Provide documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring within the team.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong proficiency in MongoDB and NoSQL database management.
Hands-on experience with database design, indexing, and query optimization.

Desired Skills:

Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with cloud-native database solutions and modern DevOps practices.
