Job Description – MongoDB / NoSQL Database Engineer

Location: Chennai | Bangalore | Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize MongoDB and other NoSQL databases for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Design and implement database schemas, indexing strategies, and query optimizations.
• Work extensively with aggregation frameworks and advanced data modeling techniques.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain MongoDB Atlas and other cloud-based database solutions.
• Monitor and fine-tune database performance using monitoring and tuning tools.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines with a focus on database automation in a DevOps environment.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure database solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring within the team.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in MongoDB and NoSQL database management.
• Hands-on experience with database design, indexing, and query optimization.

Desired Skills:

• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with cloud-native database solutions and modern DevOps practices.
