Job Description

MBD Engineer

Responsibilities

Understand customer-specific ASW development processes
Develop and review software requirements derived from system requirements
Design and develop code-generatable models using
Simulink
,
Stateflow
, and
TargetLink
Ensure AUTOSAR-compliant model development
Perform
MXAM checks
and generate reports
Conduct static code analysis and reporting using tools like
Astre
Generate and execute
MIL/SIL test cases
and prepare test reports
Follow
ISO 26262
processes for ASW-specific topics
Manage configuration and version control
Lead technical reviews and support team activities
Assist in software integration and defect analysis
Collaborate with
Scrum Masters
and
Product Owners
for planning

Skills & Experience

Strong model development skills from
SWE.1 level requirements
Experience in developing features such as:

Longitudinal Controls
Vehicle Dynamics
Braking Systems
Suspension Systems
Body Control Modules
Thermal Management
HVAC Systems

Proficiency in:

ASW requirements analysis and review
Simulink/Stateflow modeling
AUTOSAR model/code generation using
TargetLink
Model guideline checks
Static code analysis
MIL/SIL testing (preferably using
TPT
)
ASW & BSW integration

Additional Skills

Exposure to
ASPICE processes
Strong communication and leadership skills
Automotive domain experience and ability to work in multicultural environments
