Candidate will be responsible for the operation and improvement of the quality management process in compliance with Automotive SPICE Ver. 3.1 (a software development process assessment model for the automotive industry) or IATF-16949 (Quality Management System for the Automotive Industry). Build and maintain the quality management system together with design engineers. Implement standardization and continuous improvement of internal quality processes (such as planning and practicing the PDCA cycle). Implement the deployment and compliance management of CSR (Customer Specific Requirements). Implement quality improvement activities along with design engineers (such as quality KPIs, etc.,). Plan and implement training programs and awareness activities for design engineers to promote quality consciousness. IATF internal auditor certification is preferred but not mandatory Experience in Automotive SPICE assessment is needed Execute the quality management process together with design engineers.
