Role Overview: As a Sales and Distribution professional at our company located in Agra 2 - Yamuna Kinara Road, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in both urban and rural areas. Your role will involve managing various distribution channels including direct, indirect, and alternate channels. Additionally, you will be required to plan and achieve growth on a productwise and townwise basis. Developing channels in new markets and driving device, activation, and recharge business through distributors will also be key aspects of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in managing key retail outlets, including modern trade outlets, while ensuring the implementation and compliance of policies and processes. Monitoring and training your team and channel partners will also be a part of your role.
