 📈 Urgent Requirement - We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Mobiliser with 1–2 years of experience in community outreach, student mobilization, or field sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, counseling, and mobilizing eligible youth for skill development programs. 🧾 Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to communities, colleges, and localities to identify potential candidates. Create awareness about the training programs offered. Counsel students and parents about career and training opportunities. Coordinate and organize mobilization campaigns, job fairs, and roadshows. Maintain daily records of calls, visits, and mobilization reports. Work closely with placement, training, and admin teams. Achieve weekly/monthly mobilization targets ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:. Graduate in any stream (preferred). Minimum 1 year of field or mobilization experience (NGO/skill training sector preferred). Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
