Job Description

We are seeking a Mobile Team Lead with 7+ years of experience in mobile development, including at least 1 year in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in Android, iOS, or cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native) along with team management and project planning skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mobile app development projects, ensuring performance, scalability, and quality.
Mentor and manage a team of mobile developers, fostering collaboration and skill growth.
Define project goals, timelines, and resource allocation for successful delivery.
Conduct code reviews and quality assurance to maintain high development standards.
Evaluate emerging mobile technologies and recommend optimizations.
Act as a technical liaison for clients, translating requirements into actionable development plans.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Maintain clear documentation for designs, processes, and best practices

Required skills & Qualifications

7+ years in mobile development, with 1+ year in a leadership role.
Proficiency in Android, iOS, Flutter, or React Native.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, mobile architecture, and design patterns.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
