Mobile Repair Engineer

We are seeking a Mobile Repair Trainer with 3 years of hands-on repair experience to train youth in mobile hardware and software repair, ensuring they are industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct practical and theoretical training on mobile phone repair (hardware and software).
• Teach fault diagnosis, soldering, component replacement, and flashing.
• Guide safe handling of tools, ESD precautions, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Develop and deliver session plans as per curriculum.
• Track trainee attendance and progress; conduct assessments.
• Maintain lab equipment and manage training material inventory.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile technology trends for effective training delivery.
• Support in placement preparation for trainees.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electronics / Mobile Repair or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of practical mobile repair experience (hardware and software).
• Prior training/teaching experience (preferred).
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for skill development and youth empowerment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sonpur, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
