Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Integration Support

  • Understand the client’s mobile app architecture and flow.
  • Guide clients on how to integrate our SDK properly, securely, and optimally, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Support SDK integrations across:
  • Android (Kotlin/Java)
  • iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
  • React Native
  • Flutter
  • Explain how the mobile SDK interacts with backend systems (tokens, authentication, API requests, etc.).
  • Assist in validating full end-to-end workflows (SDK usage + backend communication).

Technical Guidance & Troubleshooting

  • Act as the first point of contact for all client issues during and after integration.
  • Troubleshoot SDK integration issues, app-side issues, and backend integration problems.
  • Analyze logs from:
  • Logcat / Android Studio
  • Xcode logs
  • React Native & Flutter debugging tools
  • Backend API logs
  • Test backend APIs via Postman to identify issues in client setups.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams for complex issues.

Required SkillsMobile Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or
  • iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
  • Working knowledge of:
  • React Native
  • Flutter
  • Ability to debug SDK issues, understand lifecycle events, network behavior, and app configurations.

Backend Skills

  • Experience working with backend systems and APIs.
  • Good understanding of:
  • REST APIs
  • Authentication (Client ID, Client Secret, tokens)
  • API failures, retry logic, and error handling
  • Ability to read and analyze backend logs.
  • Ability to support clients in implementing backend communication flows correctly.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and client-handling ability.
  • Able to break down complex technical steps into simple guidance.
  • Strong documentation, organization, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Comfortable working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in technical support, integration engineering, developer support, or pre-sales engineering.
  • Ability to create sample apps, demos, or documentation.
  • Experience debugging issues across both mobile and backend components.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
