Job Description

As a Mobile and Web Applications Tester, your role involves testing mobile (Android and iOS) and web applications. Your responsibilities include: - Authoring automated test scripts for mobile and web applications in a planned, self-directed manner - Investigating problems, identifying root causes, and documenting findings clearly to advocate for the end user - Raising usability and performance concerns, proposing solutions, and performing scenario-based testing to meet client needs - Creating and maintaining quality system documents and artefacts - Contributing to the enhancement of manual and automated testing practices - Carrying out any QA/testing tasks assigned by your supervisor Key Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in testing mobile and web applications - 2+ years of experience in Mobile Functional Automation Testing with Appium - 2+ years of experience in Web Application testing - Familiarity with AWS Device Farm, Google Firebase, or similar platforms - Strong grasp of Software Development/Testing Life Cycle (SDLC/STLC) - Proficiency in usability and compatibility testing across devices and browsers - Competence in JIRA, Rally, or other bug tracking systems - Knowledge and practical experience in Agile methodologies for software testing - Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a thirst for learning in a dynamic environment - Self-directed, self-motivated, with excellent analytical skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies and tools Desired Skills: - Experience in TestRail, Compatibility Testing & Performance Testing is a plus - Proficiency in Selenium for automation testing - Experience in performance, installation, and interruption testing - Familiarity with Jira and Confluence would be beneficial Please let me know if you need more information or further clarification.,
