Mobile Application Developer (iOS/Android)

We developed AVLView.com, a fleet management platform software as a service, helping fleet owners automate their everyday fleet operational tasks.

We seek a skilled iOS/Android app developer to join our talented team. We are looking for someone proficient in iOS and Android development to join our team and enhance our applications with exciting new features.

You will work closely with our backend team to deliver a high-quality app that helps fleet owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• App Development: Build and maintain mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms, focusing on high performance and stability.
• Feature Enhancements: Develop new features while improving existing functionality to provide an engaging user experience.
• Backend Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless data exchange and user experience across the app.
• UI/UX Improvement: Work closely with designers to implement intuitive interfaces and ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Location Services & Payment Integration: Implement location-based services and payment processing, adhering to best practices in data security and user privacy.
• Code Review & Optimisation: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high standards and optimise code for performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in mobile app development (mid to senior level).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Kotlin for Android and Swift for iOS.
• Frameworks & Tools: Experience with native app development frameworks, GraphQL for data queries, API integration, and familiarity with RESTful services.
• Backend & Integration: Solid experience in backend integration, particularly with third-party services.
• UI/UX: Ability to create and implement user-friendly designs and work with UI/UX teams.
• Additional Skills: Knowledge of location services, in-app payments, and best data security practices.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with other front-end frameworks/libraries (React, Vue.js).
• Knowledge of server-side rendering (Angular Universal).
• Familiarity with containerisation technologies (Docker).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
