We are seeking a talented and motivated Mobile App Marketing Manager - Contractual for our Mohali location. The ideal candidate should excel in creativity, data analysis, deep product/user understanding, and have experience in global app marketing along with expertise in Google/Apple ads. Special Emphasis: Bootstrapped company strong focus on profitability, performance, and ROAS. Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads. Manage and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns with a focus on positive ROI and high ROAS. Drive organic growth via ASO, content partnerships, influencer outreach, and other scalable growth levers. Identify and build strategic tie-ups and partnerships to open new avenues for user acquisition. Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and optimize campaigns based on insights. Work closely with product and creative teams to align marketing strategies with product vision. Required Skills and Qualifications 36+ years of experience in mobile app marketing, with proven success in both organic and paid acquisition. Deep understanding of performance marketing across Google UAC and Apple Search Ads. Strong grasp of ROAS-based campaign structures, analytics, and performance attribution. Experience marketing global mobile apps, preferably with exposure to entertainment or content-heavy products. Demonstrated ability to create and scale marketing strategies with measurable ROI. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
