Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide support across shifts for MES and DX projects.
• Integrate equipment into MES systems as per internal guidelines.
• Define and create:
• Equipment integration specifications
• MES structures (recipes, measurement results, business rules, flow plans)
• Support equipment suppliers in testing, integration, and connectivity issues.
• Plan and execute acceptance tests, integration tests, and production releases.
• Ensure data reliability and equipment standardization.
• Adhere to in-house standards for hardware/software components (PLC, sensors, drives).
• Maintain naming conventions, data formats, and structures for machines and programs.
• Implement measurement technologies for reliable data collection.
• Prepare and manage documentation and guidelines.
• Train key users and process engineers.
• Handle technical and special projects independently with ownership.
