Job Summary:

The MLT Trainer will be responsible for teaching and training students in Hematology, Biochemistry, Serology, Clinical Pathology, Microbiology, and Immunology, ensuring both theoretical understanding and practical competence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct theory and practical sessions as per the curriculum.
• Demonstrate and supervise laboratory techniques and safety procedures.
• Assess student performance and maintain academic records.
• Guide students during internships and clinical training.
• Ensure adherence to lab quality and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant lab or teaching experience.
• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and mentor students.

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: As per organizational standards

Pay: ₹8,143.51 - ₹20,000.00 per month
