Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MLT (Medical Lab Technician) Trainer based in Nagpur. As an MLT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on training and theoretical education to students in alignment with the program curriculum. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing and delivering lectures, demonstrating practical sessions, assessing student performance, and providing guidance and feedback to ensure learning objectives are achieved. You will work closely with the academic team to update and enhance training materials in line with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in medical laboratory technologies, including hematology, microbiology, and clinical biochemistry
• Strong presentation and communication skills for delivering lectures and practical training
• Knowledge of curriculum development, student assessment methods, and training methodologies
• An aptitude for mentoring with a patient, student-focused approach
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical laboratory technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) or a related field
• Experience in healthcare or diagnostic laboratories will be considered an advantage
