About the Role
We are looking for an experienced MLOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in deploying, monitoring, and scaling machine learning models in production. This position demands strong expertise in Python, Databricks, mlFlow, and Seldon, as well as hands-on experience with cloud-based deployments, model lifecycle management, and recommendation algorithms. The ideal candidate will also be skilled in Generative AI development, including prompt engineering and LLM applications using Langchain.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage end-to-end ML pipelines for training, testing, and deployment using Databricks, mlFlow, and Seldon.

Conduct ML load testing to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of models in production.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize live ML jobs for performance and cost efficiency.

Develop LLM-powered applications and implement prompt engineering best practices using Langchain.

Deploy ML solutions on AWS (or other cloud platforms) ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.

Implement and enhance recommendation algorithms to improve personalization and user experience.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and DevOps teams to streamline workflows and automation.

Maintain model versioning, reproducibility, and CI/CD processes for ML systems.
