Job Description

MLB Repair Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

Design and review
2D/3D models
using tools like
SolidWorks, NX, and CREO
.
Perform
SMT component-level repair
and
process debugging
on Main Logic Boards (MLB).
Troubleshoot
automation systems
in the repair and production lines.
Maintain high standards in
documentation work
, including
PPTs, Excel reports, and one-page summaries
.
Execute detailed
failure analysis
and implement corrective repair strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams for continuous improvement in quality and productivity.

Key Skills Required:

Proficiency in
2D/3D design software
: SolidWorks, NX, CREO
Strong understanding of
SMT processes
and component-level repairs
Automation troubleshooting
and repair process expertise
Hands-on experience in documentation and reporting (PPT, Excel, etc.)
Knowledge of
AutoCAD
is an added advantage

Education Qualifications:

Diploma
in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication
OR
B.E./B.Tech
in any relevant specialization
