Job Description

MIS Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team to create and validate business reports and ad-hoc requests.
Use advanced Excel functions (Macros, Slicers, etc.) to analyze data.
Design and implement new MIS solutions and dashboards.
Manage client invoicing and ensure billing accuracy.
Assign tasks, manage team workloads, and meet deadlines.
Provide clear, actionable reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline.
Experience:
5-7 years in MIS, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence roles.
Skills:

Expert in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Work Environment:

Primarily work-from-home with occasional office visits.
Flexibility required during peak reporting deadlines
