Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and regularly update databases of job applicants and recruitment pipelines.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly

    MIS reports

    using Excel and internal trackers.
  • Use

    Advanced Excel

    , including

    VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and formulas

    , to analyze candidate data and hiring trends.
  • Track metrics such as applicant status, interview schedules, follow-ups, and document submissions.
  • Coordinate with candidates for follow-ups, document collection, and interview reminders.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with data-driven insights for improving hiring TAT and funnel efficiency.

Key Skills & Tools Required:

  • Strong command of

    MS Excel / MIS Reporting

  • Proficiency in

    VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF statements, and other formulas

  • Good communication skills (spoken & written) for coordinating with applicants
  • Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of data efficiently
