MIS Reporting

Role Overview: You will be responsible for data analysis and reporting using advanced Excel functions. Your role will involve creating and maintaining trackers and reports based on organizational needs, ensuring data integrity and security, collaborating with HR for HR-related data analysis, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros for in-depth data analysis. - Maintain and update existing reports with accuracy and relevance. - Interpret data trends to provide actionable insights. - Develop new trackers and reports based on organizational requirements. - Collaborate with departments to understand reporting needs. - Ensure data integrity and security through effective data management practices. - Regularly audit and clean datasets to uphold high-quality data standards. - Work closely with HR to analyze and report HR-related data. - Assist in developing HR metrics and key performance indicators. - Identify process improvement opportunities in data management and reporting. - Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience of 5 to 7 years as an MIS Executive or in a similar role. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, etc. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Prior experience in Human Resources is preferred.,
