MIS Reporting

With 5 to 7 years of proven experience in a similar role, you will showcase your advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in interpreting data trends and providing actionable insights. Communication and interpersonal skills are key as you will collaborate with team members and work independently when needed. If you have prior experience in Human Resources, that would be a plus, as you may be required to take on HR activities such as Onboarding, ELC, audit-related tasks, and HR OPS activities. Your responsibilities will include data analysis and reporting using advanced Excel functions, maintaining and updating reports with accuracy, and creating new trackers and reports based on organizational needs. Collaborating with different departments to understand reporting requirements and ensuring data integrity and security will be essential in this role. Working closely with HR, you will assist in the analysis and reporting of HR-related data, help develop HR metrics and key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for process improvement in data management and reporting.
