Work Location- Bangalore (RTO from day one)

Shift 3.30Pm - 1.30 Am

The HR Reporting Manager is responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering reports that provide insights into the performance, trends, and challenges of various aspects of the business.
They design and develop reports that answer specific business questions, using tools and platforms such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
The role involves ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of the data and reports, by applying quality checks, validation processes, and data governance standards.
Additionally, they manage the reporting schedule and the distribution of the reports to the relevant audiences, such as senior management, clients, or regulators.
Candidate should work directly with client with direct communication through email and meetings
Transform business requirements into meaningful analytical studies
Client presentation of Analytical Projects focusing on explaining cause or future impact
Build customized reporting solution or tracking mechanism using Advance Excel, VBA + MS Access/Macro scripts
Generate innovative ideas and work on critical initiatives which would have a significant business impact
Candidate should analyze the data pulled from the warehouse and do quality checks before reporting out the data
