Job Requirements:

Qualification:
Chartered Accountant (CA) with
1 3 years of post-qualification experience
.

Industry Exposure:
- Experience in
  accounting & management reporting
  within
  production, international trade, or warehousing sectors
  .
- Prior exposure to the
  agriculture commodity sector
  is a plus.

Key Skills:
- Ability to work
  independently
  and manage tasks effectively.
- Strong
  analytical and problem-solving skills
  .
- Excellent communication
  skills for internal and external collaboration.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in
  financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  .
- Knowledge of
  accounting standards and compliance
  .
- Experience with
  ERP systems and financial tools
  is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare
financial statements and management reports
in line with industry standards.

Support
budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
processes.

Ensure compliance with
accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
.

Conduct
financial analysis
to support business decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and supply chain, to streamline financial processes.
