Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager MIS to lead the analytics and management information delivery function. This role requires a strong business acumen, hands-on data expertise, and a proactive approach to delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and manage dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and recurring business reports. Lead initiatives to standardize and automate reporting processes, ensuring efficiency and data accuracy. Ensure adherence to data security and compliance requirements. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective analytical solutions. Role Requirements: Must be available to work from the office. Capable of producing detailed and client-ready reports that support strategic decision-making. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in MIS, business intelligence, or data analytics, including at least 2–3 years in a team leadership role. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. Solid understanding of database architecture, data structures, and visualization techniques. Strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a high level of attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in a consulting firm or shared services environment. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand setting. Why Cerebrus?
