Maintenance of MIS of payout for business calculation

• Finalization of deals on monthly basis.
• Partner commission & FM Commission module Creation for proper tracking of Payments of Partners and Sub Partners on monthly basis.
• Prepare Invoices of Partner & sub partners
• Tracking of Queries related to payouts, Incentives and deals raised by the sales team
• Verify all product deals (Car loan, Home Loan, Mortgage loan, MSME Loan) amount in Finacle and update the same in CRM
• Prepare Incentives of REs and Supervisor’

• Experience in data maintaining.
• Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• After Finalisation on end of the month verify all product deals (Car loan, Home Loan, Mortgage loan, MSME Loan) amount and update the same in CRM as per requirement.
• Data add in google sheet for calculation process. (Partners, Sub partners, Users & Deals)
• Monthly maintaining these data and after that share Confirmation certificate to all RH’s.
• After final signed approval of RH will process invoices.
• The Invoice creations of Partners and Sub Partners was efficiently handled which helped for their Payments on time, which helped to build its relationship with the clients effectively.
• Tracking of Queries related to payouts, Incentives and deals raised by the sales team.
• Partner commission & FM Commission module creation for proper tracking of Payments of Partners and Sub Partners on monthly basis.
• Handling CRM modules which are partners, sub partners, deals, CRM users, Dashboards, Partner & FM commission, Reports.
• Prepare Incentives of RE’s and Supervisor’
• Prepare Notes for calculating monthly business from CRM.

• Resolving queries of Salespeople as well as HO staff regarding any issues in CRM.
• Partner commission & FM Commission module Creation for proper tracking of Payments of Partners and Sub Partners.
