About the Opportunity

A rapidly scaling provider of AI-driven IT services and enterprise solutions in the Software & Technology sector, we help Fortune 500 and high-growth start-ups turn raw operational data into actionable business insights. Our on-site analytics team powers decision-making across finance, supply-chain, and customer operations by building real-time dashboards, automated reporting pipelines, and predictive analytics models.

Role & Responsibilities

Extract, clean, and reconcile large datasets from ERP, CRM, and finance systems to create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Design advanced Excel models and dynamic Power BI dashboards that track KPIs, variance, and trend analysis for cross-functional stakeholders.
Automate recurring reports via macros, SQL queries, and schedule-driven workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership to gather requirements, validate data definitions, and provide actionable insights.
Monitor data quality, perform root-cause analysis on anomalies, and implement controls that enhance data integrity.
Document processes, maintain reporting SOPs, and train end-users on dashboard navigation and self-service analytics best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
2-4 years hands-on MIS or data analysis experience in an on-site corporate environment.
Expert-level Excel skills: pivot tables, Power Query, dynamic arrays, VBA/macros.
Solid SQL proficiency for data extraction, joins, and performance tuning.
Experience building interactive dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into business narratives.

Preferred

Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and visualization.
Familiarity with ETL concepts and cloud data warehouses (Azure, Snowflake).
