Job Description

Job Overview : The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting organizational data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This role involves maintaining databases, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, compile, and analyze data from different departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
Generate ad hoc reports as required by business teams and leadership.
Identify trends, variances, and insights from data to support decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline data flow and reporting processes.
Assist in automation of reporting and process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and database tools (SQL preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Work days : Monday - Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
