MIS Executive

Job Overview : The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting organizational data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This role involves maintaining databases, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from different departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
• Generate ad hoc reports as required by business teams and leadership.
• Identify trends, variances, and insights from data to support decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline data flow and reporting processes.
• Assist in automation of reporting and process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and database tools (SQL preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Work days : Monday - Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
