Designation - MIS Executive cum Sales Coordinator.
Job Summary -
An MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting data to support management decision-making. The role ensures accurate reporting, database maintenance, and smooth information flow across departments.
Required Skills-
MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
Basic knowledge of databases and reporting tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Key Responsibilities-
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Collect data from various departments and ensure accuracy
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and performance indicators
Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards
Generate management reports and presentations
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Coordinate with departments for timely data submission
Support audits and compliance reporting when required
Educational Qualifications -
Bachelor’s degree in Science ,Arts, Commerce, Business Administration, IT, Computer Applications, or related field
Certification in MIS, Excel, or Data Analysis is an added advantage
Experience -
1-2 years of experience in MIS, data handling, or reporting roles, handling sales team , coordinate with sales staff .
Reporting To-
MIS Manager / Operations Manager / Department Head
Salary-
20,000 ( can be negotiated based on experience).
Female candidate preferred .
