Job Description

Role & responsibilities

. MIS (Management Information System):

Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for facility operations across commercial sites.
Generate and analyze data on manpower deployment, vendor performance, equipment maintenance, and SLAs.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry in internal systems (ERP/Excel/Software tools).
Provide actionable insights to support operations, cost control, and client reporting.
Develop dashboards and graphical reports for management reviews.

2. Billing & Invoicing:

Prepare and verify monthly client billing based on contract terms and actual service delivery.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure attendance, asset usage, and consumables are correctly captured for billing.
Reconcile vendor invoices and process approvals in line with finance protocols.
Track receivables and follow up with clients for payments as per timelines.
Maintain records for audits, GST compliance, and internal financial reviews.

3. Coordination & Support:

Liaise with site teams, finance, and procurement departments for invoice clarifications and data validation.
Assist in documentation for renewals, rate revisions, AMC payments, and other contract-based billing.
Prepare periodic reports for client review meetings, audits, and budgeting processes.
