Job Description

A female candidate required for the post of MIS Executive in a telecom company.
Collect, validate, and maintain daily planning, reports from field technicians.
Prepare, analyze, and share MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with management.
Track technician performance, job completion, customer visits, and SLA compliance.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely closure of service tickets.
Manage and update databases (Excel, ERP, or CRM systems).
Generate dashboards and presentations for management review.
Support in manpower allocation, attendance, and productivity tracking.
Highlight gaps, delays, or escalations to the management team.
Work closely with reporting officer for real-time data accuracy and updates.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree ( B.Com. / B.Sc. / BA) or Diploma in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience as MIS Executive / Data Analyst (telecom/field service preferred).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, Macros).
Good communication skills to coordinate with field teams and management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
